What the pilot is
One controlled sector pilot and one PulseReach service, delivered on the same platform as every other campaign. It is not the whole of PulseReach, and not a separate company or website.
Defined scope
An agreed employer audience, sector and region, with a fixed timeframe and a fixed set of contact rules.
Governed execution
Contacts are verified before outreach, the permission evidence and suppression decisions agreed for the pilot are recorded and applied, and retries follow the agreed limits.
Evidenced result
At the end you receive the activity trail: who was contacted, what was sent, who engaged, who declined and who asked not to be contacted again.
How engagement is identified
Interest is treated as an observed outcome, not an assumption.
Positive engagement
A reply, a conversation, a callback request or a booked appointment — captured against the specific message version that produced it.
Explicit decline
A clear no is recorded as a valid outcome and, where requested, added to suppression so it is respected across channels.
No response
Non-response is reported honestly rather than counted as a soft positive, with attempt history attached.
Unreachable or invalid
Bad numbers, bounced addresses and duplicates are reported as data quality findings you can act on.

The pilot is designed so the outcome is reviewable by someone who was not involved in running it.
