Platform

One platform.One operational command view.

PulseReach combines verified outreach with an operational command layer, so the team running a campaign and the person auditing it are looking at the same records.

Operational command

Operational command is part of the platform, not a separate product.

Campaign oversight

Current status for each campaign in the platform: what is queued, what is running, what is paused and why.

Contact outcomes

Per-recipient result for each attempt — delivered, failed, answered, declined, opted out.

Retries

Retry limits, intervals and quiet hours applied automatically, with every attempt logged.

Conversations

Inbound replies and call notes held against the contact and the message version that prompted them.

Appointments

Booked conversations and callbacks tracked through to attended, rescheduled or cancelled.

Evidence and reporting

An exportable trail of activity, permissions applied and outcomes recorded, for compliance or client review.

The interface

The command view puts campaign state, contact outcomes and permission changes on one timeline. When reach drops, the cause is traceable to a specific rule, provider result or consent change rather than inferred later.

Illustrative: The panel shown here is a demonstration of the interface layout and reporting format. The values are sample data, not verified commercial results.

Controls that apply while the campaign runs

Governance controls are applied as a campaign runs, so records and reality do not diverge.

Permission controls

Permission evidence, suppression entries and agreed campaign rules checked before contact on each approved channel.

Data quality gates

Unverified, duplicated and invalid records held back and reported instead of contacted.

Role-appropriate access

Operational users, reviewers and administrators see the records appropriate to their role.

Exportable audit trail

Activity, permissions and outcomes exportable on demand for internal or client review.

Channels

Channel availability is decided campaign by campaign. Nothing is treated as available until it is configured, tested and approved for that campaign.

Call-centre outreach

Delivered through approved contact operations, under the campaign's agreed scripts, disclosures and quiet-hours rules.

SMS

A capability subject to campaign approval, rather than a channel enabled by default.

Email

Available only where it has been configured, tested and approved for the specific campaign.

Business WhatsApp

Available only where it has been configured, tested and approved for the specific campaign.

Illustrative: This page describes capabilities and the reporting format. It does not state that any particular channel or campaign is currently live.
