FAQ

Questions aboutgoverned outreach

Straight answers about what PulseReach does, how permission is handled and what evidence a campaign produces.

What does PulseReach actually provide?

Governed, evidence-backed outreach infrastructure. PulseReach verifies who is contacted, records the permission evidence and suppression decisions that apply to each approved campaign, records outcomes and provides an auditable trail of activity.

Is PulseReach a marketing agency?

No. PulseReach is infrastructure and operational tooling. Campaigns are run under agreed rules, and the output is a recorded, reviewable trail of activity rather than a creative deliverable.

How is consent handled?

Permission evidence, suppression entries and the requirements agreed for the campaign are checked before contact on each channel approved for that campaign. An opt-out is recorded when it is received and applied from that point, rather than at the next list refresh.

What is the recruitment pilot?

A PulseReach service — a governed, time-boxed outreach programme against a defined employer audience, designed to identify which employers genuinely want to engage. It is one service on this platform, not a separate company or website.

What is operational command?

The part of the platform used to run and oversee campaigns: campaign oversight, contact outcomes, retries, conversations, appointments, evidence and reporting.

Are the figures shown on this website real results?

No. Dashboard panels and sample figures on this website are illustrative demonstrations of the interface and reporting format. They are not verified commercial results, and no client names, testimonials or performance benchmarks are published here.

What evidence do we receive?

An exportable trail covering who was contacted, the permission basis that applied, the exact message version sent, the outcome recorded and any consent or suppression change — with times and the responsible user or rule.

Can we use our own data?

Yes, where the data is lawfully held and you can confirm the basis for contact. Records are verified before outreach, and data quality findings are reported back to you.

How do we start?

Send an enquiry through the contact form. We will arrange a conversation covering the audience you want to reach, the permission position, the scope of a pilot and the evidence you would receive.

Still have a question?

Send it through the contact form and a member of the PulseReach team will respond directly.
