PulseReach is built so activity can be reviewed after the fact by someone who was not there. Every campaign produces a record that can be exported and read on its own terms.
What is recorded
These records are produced as the campaign runs, not reconstructed afterwards.
Who was contacted
The resolved record, the channel used and the time of each attempt.
On what basis
The permission or lawful-basis evidence recorded as applying at the time of the attempt.
What was sent
The exact message version, including any variant used for that recipient.
What happened
Delivery result, response, conversation, appointment, decline or opt-out.
What changed
Suppression additions and opt-outs, with time and source.
Who acted
The operational user or automated rule responsible for each action.
How we talk about results
PulseReach does not publish client names, testimonials or performance claims that have not been independently agreed.

Pilot outputs describe what happened in that pilot, for that audience, in that period — and are labelled as such.
Verified results
Commercial results are only presented where the client has reviewed and approved the figures.
