How it works

Outreach with a recordof every decision

PulseReach is outreach infrastructure with governance built in. Verification happens before contact, the permission evidence and suppression decisions for that campaign are recorded and applied, and every outcome is written to an auditable trail.

The six stages of a governed campaign

Each stage produces a record. Nothing depends on someone remembering what happened.

1. Define the audience

The audience is described in plain terms — sector, region, role or employer type — and built from records you already hold or that are lawfully sourced.

2. Verify the contacts

Records are resolved and checked before anything is sent. Duplicates, invalid formats and stale details are separated out rather than silently dialled or emailed.

3. Apply permission rules

The permission evidence, supplier provenance, suppression decisions and required disclosures for the campaign are recorded and applied, so an opt-out is respected on the campaign's approved channels from the point it is received.

4. Run the outreach

Messages and calls are executed in a controlled sequence, with retry rules and quiet-hours handling defined before the campaign starts.

5. Record every outcome

Delivery results, responses, conversations, appointments and opt-outs are captured against the specific message version that produced them.

6. Produce the evidence

The activity trail is exportable — who was contacted, on what basis, what was sent, what happened next and when.

What governance means in practice

Governance is not a report written afterwards. Controls are applied while the campaign runs, subject to campaign-specific approval.

Contact verification before send

A record that cannot be verified is not contacted. It is held and reported, so data quality problems surface instead of turning into wasted attempts.

Permission evidence and suppression

Permission is checked at the moment of sending rather than at list-build time, which closes the gap where withdrawals are usually missed.

Controlled retries

Retry limits, intervals and quiet hours are configured up front and applied consistently, with each attempt recorded.

Outcome and evidence capture

Conversations, appointments, opt-outs and non-responses are all outcomes, and all are stored against the exact message that prompted them.
