Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PulseReach handles personal data submitted through this website.
Last updated: 29 September 2026. This policy covers this website only. Data processed on behalf of clients during outreach campaigns is governed by the separate agreement in place with that client.
The data controller for this website is PulseReach Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17259722.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the details you provide: name, company, work email, phone number, sector, enquiry type, your message and your consent confirmation. We also record the date and time of submission.
Why we collect it
We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange any conversation you have requested. We rely on your consent, given via the form, as the basis for contacting you. We do not add enquiry details to marketing lists.
How it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a secured database. Access is restricted to authorised PulseReach personnel who need it to respond to enquiries.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not share enquiry details with third parties except for the hosting and database providers that operate this website on our behalf, and where we are legally required to do so.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and are then deleted. Where no relationship follows, we aim to delete enquiry records within 24 months of the last contact about them.
Your rights
- Ask what personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate details.
- Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your enquiry record.
- Object to further contact at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, submit a request through the contact form selecting "Data protection question". You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies and advertising measurement
Only if you accept advertising cookies, this website uses the Meta Pixel to send Meta Platforms Ireland Limited records of page visits, the fact that an enquiry was successfully submitted (as a random reference code), and browser, device and online identifiers (such as IP address and Meta cookie identifiers), so we can measure our advertising. None of the details you enter in the enquiry form are sent to Meta. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer; your choice is kept for six months. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. Full details are in the Cookie Policy.
Changes
We will update this page if our handling of personal data changes, and will change the date above when we do.
